Welcome to Malvern East Group (MEG)

MEG's objective is to oppose inappropriate development in Malvern East and work towards reform of Victoria's unbalanced urban planning regime. MEG seeks a moratorium and complete review of the Brumby Government's flawed Melbourne 2030 planning scheme. The Brumby Government promise to deliver a more prescriptive planning scheme has not been honoured. Instead we have ResCode which allows more discretion and imposes less prescription. info
